Our homely B&B flows to a peaceful and quiet garden with a huge sub-tropical palm tree, under which you can enjoy your breakfast and the unique sound of the tui birds .
While relaxing at Karin's B&B´s in either of the two lounges you can contact your friends at home on free wireless internet. Your laundry will also be done complimentary.
At the end of your day you might enjoy a drink in our beautifully illuminated native garden.
Karin, who comes from Hamburg, welcomes you warmly in a very relaxed atmosphere. The Airport Shuttle brings you right to our door.
Our rates: NZ$ 115.00 single ---- NZ$ 185.00 double including your continental breakfast.

Welcome to Karins B&B - well known in Germany as a "Frühstückspension" - now a cosy comfortable Bed&Breakfast/Homestay right in the heart of Devonport and only 12 minutes by ferry or 20 minutes by car across the harbour bridge from downtown Auckland and the surrounding islands (Waiheke, Rangitoto, etc.).
Our homely modern villa right in the heart of historic Devonport is set amongst beautiful sub-tropical gardens - a real oasis. Located minutes walk away from everything that Devonport has to offer. This 'seaside village' is very popular with international travellers for its cafes, shops, restaurants, art galleries, monthly craft market, Yoga, Massage and Fitness centre (across the street), beaches and golf.
There are also lovely walks to the extinct volcanoes (North Head and Mount Victoria). Stroll through the parks and along Marine Parade to the ferry for the pleasant trip to the city of Auckland.
